This team emphasizes talent development, performance management, and operational excellence within a collaborative environment. Utilizing data-driven insights, the team supports leaders in managing change and enhancing associate engagement. Committed to integrity and ethical practices, the team ensures compliance with regulations and fosters a workplace where associates are empowered to contribute meaningfully to the company’s mission and long-term objectives.
What you'll do:
+ Lead execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
+ Supervise and develop associates through training, mentoring, performance evaluations, and recognition.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations while promoting ethical standards.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
+ Define and implement human resources strategies aligned with business goals and organizational change initiatives.
+ Analyze HR and business data to inform decisions, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
+ Foster a positive, respectful, and high-performing team environment focused on talent development and engagement.
What you'll bring:
+ Proven experience in human resource management with a strong focus on organizational change and talent development.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
+ Expertise in analyzing and interpreting HR and business data to inform strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency.
+ Strong knowledge of compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
+ Skilled in developing and executing business plans aligned with organizational goals and adapting to evolving priorities.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships and influence cross-functional partners.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
