Key Responsibilities

+ Monitor and improve performance against HS&E KPIs

+ Support the development of policies, procedures, and compliance programs

+ Conduct regulatory reporting and ensure timely, accurate submissions

+ Provide guidance on safe systems of work and risk mitigation

+ Supervise routine EHS activities and support team development

+ Collaborate across departments to align business needs with safety strategies

+ Execute internal and external communications aligned with ISO 45001, 14001, and 50001

+ Participate in audits, inspections, and improvement initiatives

What You Bring

+ Short-cycle tertiary education or equivalent

+ 3 years of experience in EHS or related fields

+ Strong skills in compliance management, risk assessment, and data analysis

+ Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance

+ Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills

+ Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies
