    Seeking a new and challenging opportunity to further enhance your career? Corteva Agriscience Research & Development currently has an opportunity for a Business Analyst Intern. This position creates value for the R&D organization by leading cross-functional projects, programs, and teams to generate sustainable improvements in research productivity and decision-making. The Business Analyst Intern partners with resources embedded across Corteva and within the R&D organization to create communities of practice and establish a culture of operational excellence.

    Position duties will include, but not limited to:

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the research organization to gather and document business requirements.

    + Work with subject matter experts to document current business processes and identify pain points.

    + Design and propose process implements, including workflow diagrams and standard operating procedures, to end-users to ensure solutions align with their requirements.

    + Develop low-code line of business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform to improve operational efficiency.

    + Create and maintain Power BI report to visualize and communicate data insights to stakeholders.

    + Participate in the implementation of new procedures and tools including training, documentation, demonstrations, and end-user support.

    Job Qualifications

    To be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:

    + Proficiency in use of Microsoft Power Platform applications. Including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI

    + Proficiency in common Microsoft applications including but not limited to Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams

    + Strong oral and written communication skills

    + Ability to effectively build and maintain relationships

    + Strong bias for action and demonstrated owner’s mindset

    + Strong problem-solving skills

    + Ability to influence and collaborate at all internal organizational levels

    + Ability to lead during times of ambiguity and change

    + Ability to interact effectively and confidently with senior management

    + Ability to work effectively as part of a team

    + Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

    + Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

    + Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

    + Ability to balance pragmatism and perfection

    Preferred Skills and Experience:

    + Experience with SQL, Azure, or other database applications

    + Professional degree or business-related certifications a plus

    + Experience with project management or six sigma concepts and methodologies

    + Demonstrated business acumen, including financial operations or investment valuation

    + Experience with automation or other technology-related productivity concepts

    + Experience with experimental design, statistical analysis, and data analysis and visualization
