The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center or BBN team:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer who also serves as the Scrum Master for the General CPAS team. This individual will lead the General Tools team, focusing on Change Requests (CRs) related to compliance, technical debt, and defects from the Business Unit. The role will also guide the team's agile processes, serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the various business processes, and collaborate closely with the business to implement necessary changes.

What You Will Do:

Scrum Master Duties:

+ Lead the General Scrum team, ensuring that all Change Requests are addressed promptly.

+ Guide the team’s agile processes to enhance productivity and collaboration.

+ Technical Debt Reduction:

+ Focus on reducing technical debt to maintain system efficiency and long-term sustainability.

+ Defect Resolution:

+ Promptly resolve defects to minimize system downtimes and improve user satisfaction.

Full-Stack Development:

+ Develop and maintain robust software solutions using Java, JavaScript, Angular, and SQL.

+ Conduct peer reviews of various PM Tools code to ensure high standards of code quality.

Qualifications You Must Have:

+ Experience as a Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Java, JavaScript, Angular, and SQL.

+ Prior experience with Spring.

+ Prior experience in a Scrum Master role, with strong knowledge of agile methodologies.

+ Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a Scrum team effectively.

+ Expertise in business process including Risk Management, Earned Value and Program Management.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
