Production Associate - Holley, NY

Shift: 1st 6am-6:30pm $17.54/hr

2nd 6pm-6:30am $19.04/hr

We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate for our 1st and 2nd shift. If you have experience in production and a strong commitment to safety and quality, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications:

+ Familiarity with all aspects of production.

+ Understanding of safety requirements and quality assurance procedures.

+ Basic math and reading skills.

Key Responsibilities:

+ **Safety:** Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing PPE and following lock-out tag-out procedures.

+ **Quality:** Follow the Precision Packaging Quality manual and conduct visual/functional checks.

+ **Production:** Meet or exceed production quotas and communicate cycle times to the Shift Leader.

+ **Teamwork:** Communicate effectively with previous and following shift operators.

+ **Housekeeping:** Maintain a clean and orderly workstation throughout the shift.

Physical Demands:

+ Light to moderate physical effort; ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
