**Now Hiring:** Press Brake Operator

**Location:** Rapid City, SD

**Pay Rate:** $20/hour (eligible for increase after 90 days)

**Schedule:** 6am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday

Overview:

We are hiring a skilled Press Brake Operator for our manufacturing team. You’ll set up and operate press brake machinery, interpret blueprints, and shape metal components to meet precise specifications. Your work will help ensure our products meet rigorous quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Set up and operate press brake machines with correct tooling and alignment

+ Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machine settings

+ Use micrometers and measuring tools to verify product dimensions

+ Assemble metal components accurately to quality standards

+ Perform routine maintenance to keep machines running smoothly

+ Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

+ Use hand tools, CNC machines, laser cutting equipment, stamping presses, and lathes as needed

Requirements:

+ Positive attitude, reliable attendance, and willingness to learn

+ Experience as a Press Brake Operator or in a similar manufacturing role

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in operating machinery and precision tools

+ Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents

+ Detail-oriented with high-quality standards

+ Excellent problem-solving skills; able to work independently and in teams

+ Tooling setup experience preferred, but not required
