Machine Operator / Assembler – 2nd Shift | $18.00–$20.50/hr | Lima, NY

Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Weekly Pay

We’re hiring **2nd Shift Machine Operators / Assemblers** for a fast-paced manufacturing facility in **Lima, NY** , where industrial filters are produced for essential industries. This is a temp-to-hire role offering consistent hours, weekly pay, long-term opportunity and availability to start right away if this role is a fit.

Schedules:

+ **A Shift:** 6am to 2:30pm or 7am to 3:30pm, Mon-Fri.

+ **B Shift:** 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Mon-Fri.

Training may for 2nd shift starts on 1st shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 12PM-8:30PM) depending on availability

Pay Rate:

+ $18.00–$20.50/hour based on experience

(Paid weekly through Kelly Services)

Job Duties:

+ Operate machines that cut, pleat, weld, or roll filtration materials

+ Assemble parts using hand tools, instructions, or blueprints

+ Inspect product quality and document production data

+ Package and label materials for shipment

+ Keep work areas clean and follow all safety procedures

What You’ll Need:

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shifts

+ Comfortable using basic tools and following written instructions

+ Willingness to learn multiple production departments (Slitting, Pleating, Cores)

+ Reliable transportation to Lima, NY (no public transportation)

+ A positive, team-focused attitude
