The Treasury Management Implementation Associate I is responsible for completing the documentation and onboarding process of new clients generated from the sales efforts of the Treasury Management team. Provides basic training on Woodforest products and services that will be made available to new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for onboarding new clients received from Treasury Management Sales.

• Upon receipt of new requests work with clients to onboard treasury management requests and link to the clients’ accounts.

• Prepares cash management product agreements for clients.

• Assists clients with agreements as necessary.

• Provides SLAs to clients and sales officers as needed.

Competencies Required:

• Working knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations, Bank policies and procedures, and the Bank’s products and services.

• Working experience, knowledge and training in all lending and operations activities and terminology.

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures.

• Ability to pay attention to detail and accurately complete onboarding of new clients.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

• 3 years of business or commercial banking experience combined with knowledge of Treasury Management products and systems required, OR a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance in lieu of 2 years' work experience;

OR a currently active member of Woodforest branch management with at least 1 year in role (Assistant Branch Manager or above).

• Knowledge of Treasury Management products required.

Formal Education & Certification:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred.

Work Status:

• Full-time.

Supervisory Responsibility:

• None.

Travel:

• Up to 10% travel is expected.

Working Conditions:

• Conditions involve lifting no more than ten pounds, sitting most of the time, but may involve walking, moving, or standing for brief periods, and occasionally lifting and carrying articles like files, folders, etc.
