    NTT DATA is seeking a ServiceNow Business Systems Analysts to work for our valued end client, remote (USA).

     

    NOTE: This is a US based, W-2 project. All candidates will be paid through NTT DATA only.

     

    Job Description: Job Title: ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst

    Job Summary:

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements.

    + Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and mock-ups in a Scrum/Agile environment.

    + Support strategic roadmap initiatives by identifying business problems and aligning solutions to business value.

    + Ensure clarity and transparency of the product backlog and support backlog grooming.

    + Actively participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies.

    + Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    + Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in service request workflows and employee center experiences.

    + Protect the integrity of the ServiceNow platform by advocating for sustainable, best-practice solutions.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred.

    + Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

    + 2–4 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically in Request Management, Employee Center, Now Mobile, and Service Requests.

    + Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

    + Strong understanding of ServiceNow tables, catalog items, and flow designer.

    + Ability to actively listen, internalize stakeholder needs, and translate them into actionable requirements.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

    + Ability to challenge non-best-practice requests and propose sustainable alternatives.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with ITIL 4 (certification is a plus but not required).

    + Familiarity with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., CMDB, Asset Management, CSDM) is a nice to have, but not the focus.

    + Understanding of ServiceNow's Flow Designer and deprecation of Workflow Manager.

    + Experience with reporting, notifications, and data gathering within ServiceNow.
