    Sonalysts, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Submarine Program Analyst to provide critical support to the U.S. Navy’s COLUMBIA-class submarine program. The position is focused on planning, coordination, execution, and analysis in support of manpower, training, and facility readiness for the Navy’s next-generation strategic deterrent platform.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Former Submarine Warfare Officer, Limited Duty Officer (LDO), Chief Warrant Officer (CWO), or Senior Enlisted (E7-E9) with a minimum of 5 years US Navy Active duty experience

    + Experience in Navy training systems, manpower planning, or submarine program management.

    + Strong background in technical document review and analysis.

    + Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple stakeholders.

    + Must be a U.S. Citizen, possessing an active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET security clearance*

    Desired, but not required:

    + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited academic institution

    + Demonstrated experience in any of the following areas:

    + Submarine warfare or strategic deterrent experience

    + Experience with COLUMBIA-class, VIRGINIA-class, or TRIDENT submarine programs

    + Familiarity with Navy training documentation and acquisition lifecycle

    + Experience with program management tools like Microsoft Project

    *Maintaining a U.S. Government security clearance involves periodic comprehensive background checks. Candidates are eligible for a clearance if they have demonstrated sound financial management (including good credit) over time, are free of criminal records, have limited foreign contacts or ties, and other factors indicative of a position of trust to protect information sensitive to the U.S. Government.
