Job Description

Join the Business Deposits product team as a Business Deposits Data Analyst, where you'll drive strategic decisions by transforming complex data into actionable insights. You’ll develop reports, dashboards, and analyses that inform business recommendations and gather, integrate, and analyze large volumes of data to uncover actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and integrate data from multiple sources for analysis

• Identify trends and anomalies to support data-driven decisions

• Apply statistical methods and tools to interpret and present findings

• Build dashboards and reports for business stakeholders

• Collaborate across teams to provide a comprehensive view of performance

• Track the impact of recommendations and refine strategies

• Ensure data practices align with company standards

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience

• Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Proficiency in tools such as SQL, R, Python, Excel, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, Geo-spatial tools

• Proficiency working with Jira, Confluence, Power BI, MS Excel, as well as the MS Office suite of products

• Experience in analytics, statistics, and predictive modeling

• Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets

• Proven project management skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00
