Job Summary and Qualifications
The Program Manager will provide administrative supervision to the program staff to ensure all services are delivered according to local, state and federal laws and in compliance with contractual requirements. This position will oversee our residential services at our Residential Campus for children and adolescents ranging in age from 5 to 17 years old.
+ Responsible for partnering with Talent Acquisition to ensure hiring and retention of our Mental Health Technicians
+ Provides leadership to effectively manage departments operations as measured through FTE’s, Core Measures and financial expectations being met on an annual basis within the MHT skill mix
+ Monitors and optimizes expense controls monthly and annually initiates action plans as evidenced through monthly MOR
+ Demonstrates knowledge of key financial indicators as evidenced through meeting budget parameters annually and instituting action plans monthly if not meeting budgeted targets
+ Manages staff performance through regular reviews 90 day and annual
+ Ensures new employees are oriented to specific job duties through review of orientation checklist
+ Develops direction and programmatic compliance for the mental health technicians
+ Rounds on employees ensuring compliance and employee satisfaction and engagement
+ Responsible for scheduling staff/facility scheduler
+ Responsible for Kronos editing, extra shift premium management
+ Responsible for 1:1 data and management
+ Responsible for managing PLUS/FPC for departments
+ Completes/edits incident reports as needed
+ Review documentation and ensure regulatory compliance from mental health technician personnel
What qualifications you will need:
+ Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
+ Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
+ Must have acute inpatient or residential behavioral health experience - 3yrs minimum required
+ (DL) Driver License
+ Bachelor's Degree
