**UNC Family Medicine at Kildaire (formerly Gibbons Family Medicine) is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider.** We consider medicine our calling in life, and we are trained to assist in the detection, treatment, and prevention of illness. Services:

• Adolescent health

• Counseling

• Infant health

• Management of chronic illness

• Minor cosmetic services

• Minor surgery

• Nutrition counseling

• Physicals

• Preventive medicine

• Tobacco cessation

• Urgent care

• Women’s health

• Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD)

Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 5:00pm

Requirements:

• Family Medicine APP

• Licensed in North Carolina

• 3-plus years of experience

Education Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (i.e., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant) in the state of North Carolina.

• Board certification if required by the Department. DEA.

Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:

• Demonstrated clinical competency.

• Effective leadership skills. Strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Demonstrated written and verbal communication and strong analytical skills.

• Effective interaction to ensure the successful care of patients in the clinical setting.

• Documentation in the medical record to substantiate accurate billing.
