    Job Summary:MaineGeneral Health is seeking a Supervisor of Patient Access to lead and support our team in delivering exceptional service. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, provide guidance and development to staff, and ensure departmental goals are met.

    Job Description:

    Responsibilities

    + Determine, coordinate, and supervise daily staffing assignments and service levels.

    + Provide orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.

    + Assist with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.

    + Ensure compliance with departmental and organizational policies and procedures.

    + Support staff by performing responsibilities when needed to meet service demands.

    + Lead the resolution of complex issues and patient complaints.

    Qualifications

    + Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

    + Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

    + Ability to guide and mentor staff while maintaining a positive team environment.
