Portfolio Overlay and Quantitative Analyst

The Portfolio Overlay & Quantitative Analyst role will support the overlay investment management functions for our Managed Account programs including rebalancing, tax loss harvesting, and transition management. The position will also support the data engineering initiatives of the investment team by engaging with various members to design database structures and maintain code for critical processes.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

+ Contribute to overlay investment management functions, including the research, development, implementation, monitoring, and communication of the processes for rebalancing, tax loss harvesting, transition management, cash raise, and proxy replacement.

+ Assist with the monitoring and implementation of tax loss harvesting and transition management capabilities and services.

+ Partner across investment teams to develop and maintain quantitative engineering tools and analytical capabilities to support investment and business requirements.

+ Responsible for the design and implementation scalable data pipelines to collect, process, and store network data from multiple sources for the investment team.

+ Partner with investment teams to research and develop new quantitative analytical tools to drive process efficiency and scalability.

+ The role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining job aids and code to support various critical investment processes.

Additional Responsibilities

+ CFA, FRM Preferred

+ Experience using control systems (Git) / SQL or other databases Preferred

+ Strong proficiency with Python

Educational Requirements

+ University (Degree) Preferred

Base Pay Range: $128,600/yr - $180,200/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
