    Minimum Qualifications:

    Associate's degree or equivalent; 3 years related experience

    Job Summary:

    To manage activities for a project or program.

    Job Duties:

    + Coordinates grant project by collecting data, developing project-related documents and maintaining project status reports and tracking systems.

    + grant management and progress reporting

    + oversee student recruitment

    + advertising the program

    + data collection,

    + manage administrative processes

    + oversee program finances and accomplishments,

    + maintenance of partner and faculty relationships

    + Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Bachelor degree in Health Science or equivalent

    + Grant Experience

    + MyStar experience as related to Student Admissions, Curriculum Management and Self Service modules

    + PeopleSoft experience as related to ePro, Grants and Travel modules

    + Strong organization skills

    + Excellent communications skills

    + Ability to work independently as well as with a team

    Salary Range:

    Commensurate with experience.
