We Build with Passion- Clean Harbors Kimball, NE NEW Incineration** unit is seeking a **Maintenance Planner -Turnaround** accountable for developing detailed turnaround plans. You will coordinate response to all breakdown events in accordance with operations, maintenance, engineering, and other staff to ensure readiness and availability and capability to minimize maintenance delays and maximize asset availability. Safety focused individuals required. **Hours are Monday thru Friday 7:00am to 4:30pm. 9 hrs. a day, 45 hours a week. Planner is required to work everyday, including weekends during turnarounds for both trains. (12 – 13 hrs. a day). 86k+ per year.** **Must be willing to work On-call and needed and live within 45-minutes of the facility or willing to relocate, we offer relocation assistance.

+ Develop detailed turnaround plans, including scope of work, schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimates.
+ Coordinate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and other functional staff to ensure readiness and resource availability.
+ Plan a timetable of events and decide when and where certain events will occur
+ Define and document the scope of work for turnaround activities, including inspections, repairs, and modifications
+ Identify resource requirements including labor, parts, material, and equipment and ensure availability for scheduled turnarounds.
+ Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to secure necessary services, required training documentation and supplies.
+ Provide regular updates on project progress and schedule adherence.
+ Assess turnaround performance and identify areas for improvement in planning, execution, and closeout processes.
+ Maintain and document schedules, work packages, change orders, and critical repairs.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required
• **3 years on Industrial experience required**
• Excellent communication, organization skills
• Proficiency with computer applications required
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends when necessary
• Lifting up to 50 lbs from the ground to your waste
• Climb up and down vertical ladders
• Capable of reaching out, over and down exerting a force
• 20/20 eyesight corrected or uncorrected - depth perception is critical
• 10 pushups, deep knee squats and sit-ups (to determine if fit)
• Good hand/eye coordination
• Background check, drug screen and physical- required
• Updated resume required for consideration
• Valid US DL-required
