    EHS Specialist - Bring Your Safety Passion to Fort Worth (Rhome, TX)

     

    Are you ready to take the lead in creating a safer, more sustainable workplace? As an EHS Specialist in our Fort Worth manufacturing facility, you'll do more than enforce regulations-you'll be a trusted partner to our operations team, helping people go home safe every day while protecting the environment.

     

    Safety Leadership

     

    From the moment you step on site, you'll be immersed in a role that blends compliance, collaboration, and coaching. You'll walk the floor daily, working shoulder to shoulder with employees to spot risks, solve problems, and reinforce safe work practices. Instead of sitting behind a desk, you'll be in the heart of our operation, influencing behaviors and supporting leaders to build a culture of safety and accountability. Your expertise will also extend to Lockout/Tagout procedures, risk assessments, ergonomic improvements, and environmental compliance reporting, ensuring that every corner of our site meets and exceeds regulatory expectations.

     

    Training and Compliance

     

    You'll aid in designing and delivering training programs that make complex OSHA, EPA, and TCEQ requirements clear and actionable. Whether you're onboarding a new team member or refreshing seasoned employees, your goal will be to make safety second nature. Leading our monthly safety committee, you'll give employees a voice while keeping documentation organized and compliance airtight.

     

    Incident Investigation

     

    When incidents or near-misses happen, you'll step in as an investigator and problem solver-digging into root causes, guiding corrective actions, and helping us prevent future issues.

     

    Environmental

     

    Finally, your contributions will help us maintain our ISO 14001 certification, keeping environmental sustainability a core part of how we operate. From supporting emergency response planning to improving day-to-day operational discipline, you'll be the person everyone turns to for guidance, coaching, and leadership in EHS.

     

    What You'll Bring

     

    + Required least 2 years of experience in an EHS Specialist or similar role in needed.

    + 2 year degree or certifications (CSHO, CSP, ASP)

    + A solid understanding of OSHA, TCEQ, and EPA requirements and how to apply them on the job.

    + Strong communication skills-you can confidently lead group sessions and coach individuals.

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools to manage documentation and reporting.

    + High school diploma required; advanced education or safety certifications needed.

    + Preferred background in a manufacturing or production setting
