POSITION SUMMARY
$7,500 Sign on Bonus for eligible new hires
Responsible for development and implementation of unit based orientation programs including nurse residency, experience nurse orientation and licensed nursing assistant orientation. Evaluates program outcomes and plans and updates curriculum based on quality metrics, accreditation requirements and regulatory requirements. Develops and implements competency programs for new and experienced nursing staff. Supports and mentors preceptors and other nursing staff.
Qualifications:
* Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required
* Master’s Degree in Nursing required
* Certification in Nursing Professional Development required
* 3 years of clinical experience and 1 year of nursing professional development experience required
* Excellent informatics, verbal and written communications skills desired
* Area of Interest:Nursing;
* Work Status:Mon-Fri;
