What You’ll Be Doing

+ **Troubleshoot and repair compressors** by identifying root causes of test failures and implementing effective solutions.

+ **Collaborate with engineers and leaders** to prevent future issues and improve first-pass yield (FPY).

+ **Process refurbished and customer-returned units** to prepare them for successful re-entry into production.

+ **Support quality and safety** by maintaining an orderly workspace and following all standards and procedures.

+ **Work across multiple tasks** including mechanical assembly, functional testing, material handling, and validation testing in the R&D lab.

What We're Looking For

+ High school diploma or GED, with **1–3 years of related experience or training** .

+ **EPA 608 certification** (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).

+ Experience with **mechanical or electrical systems** , and ability to use tools such as hydraulic presses, pneumatic equipment, or air wrenches.

+ Strong **problem-solving skills** and attention to detail to diagnose failures and carry out precise repairs.

+ Ability to work safely, follow procedures, and contribute to a clean and collaborative team environment.
