    Position Details:

    + **Pay is $25.00 per hour**

    + **Schedule is Monday to Friday 7:00 AM /or/ Sunday through Thursday 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.**

    + **Overtime available and occasional weekends.**

    Position Purpose:

    Core-Mark is looking for competent Maintenance Technicians to maintain and repair the facilities and equipment. An excellent maintenance technician must be reliable and have a great eye for detail. Our candidate must have technical skills and knowledge of various building maintenance skills such as hydraulic systems, plumbing, and electrical, etc. The goal is to ensure that our facility is a safe working environment for our employees.

    Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

    + Communicate with facility managers and supervisors to keep them informed of maintenance and repair work being carried out.

    + Inspecting facilities to identify areas that require maintenance or repair work

    + Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on various facilities equipment and machines.

    + Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.

    + Must be able to work autonomously

    Required Qualifications:

    • Ability to work independently or as a team

    • Demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

    • Knowledge of various building systems (electrical, hydraulic and chain driven systems.)

    • Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations

    • Proficiency in Microsoft office (word, Excel, etc)

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • High school diploma or GED
