We are currently hiring **Rod Mill & Coiler Operators** to join our production team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining the machinery used in the rod production process. Operators will monitor product quality, handle materials, and ensure smooth operation of coiler machines as part of the aluminum rod manufacturing line.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Set up and operate coiler machines within the rod mill

+ Feed raw materials into machines and monitor production parameters

+ Transport and remove finished coils using forklifts and cranes

+ Perform basic equipment maintenance, part replacement, and minor repairs

+ Monitor and inspect final products for quality and compliance

+ Complete coil identification and ensure proper labeling

+ Safely operate overhead cranes and forklifts (pre-checks required)

+ Drain aluminum pouring launder as necessary

+ Keep work areas clean and organized, both indoors and outdoors

+ Identify and report process nonconformities

+ Assist in inventory tracking and material movement

+ Support Rod Mill startup activities and general production needs

+ Follow all safety protocols, work instructions, and production guidelines

Qualifications:

+ Prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, or machine operation preferred

+ Ability to safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes (certification a plus)

+ Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality

+ Reliable, team-oriented, and able to follow instructions accurately

+ Willingness to support various aspects of rod mill and coiler operations
