    Our client in Owen, WI is seeking a Dry Blend Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have similar work previous experience which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Dry Blend Operator

    **Location:** Owen, WI

    **Pay Range:** $23.05

    **Shift:** 6pm – 6am, 2-2-3 schedule

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Safely sets-up and operates equipment to optimize machine capability and product output

    + Check for any defects or malfunctions that may affect the quality of the product being produced or work being performed.

    + Accurately maintain records and documentation as required

    + Participate in all company training for food safety and plant safety.

    + Communicate with other team members, such as supervisors, quality control personnel, or other machine operators to coordinate production activities and ensure production goals are met

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or GED equivalent

    + At least 2 years’ experience in the job function or similar role in the manufacturing industry

    + Strong technical skills and knowledge of various types of machines and equipment.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

    + Must be able to work in various environments including hot, cold, wet and/or humid conditions
