    Responsibilities

    Performs and manages industrial water treatment. Manage pneumatic tube system software and repair its mechanical systems. Service and maintain medical gas systems. Must become certified in medical gas systems within 2 years. Manage and maintain helipad heating systems. Manage and maintain septic and wastewater systems. Reverse Osmosis system management. Maintain inventory and recommend supplies and equipment for purchase.

     

    Must be able to prioritize work to see the needs of the patient come first. Complete work orders as assigned and in a timely manner. Record work time electronically in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Attend and participates in classes, seminars, workshops, and other continuous education as appropriate to enhance professional knowledge and skills. All other duties as assigned by supervisor. Day shift 6AM to 6PM, Set 2-3-2 schedule. Every other weekend.

    Qualifications

    Minimum 2-year associates degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing trade or Healthcare Mechanic Certification. Or, completion of Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing trade apprenticeship program or equivalent. Or, 3-years experience in a related field. Years of military experience in a related field may also be considered in lieu of the educational and experience requirements. Driver License is required.

    Compensation Detail

     

    The hourly rate for this position is predetermined and falls within the range of $25.36 to $37.30. When extending job offers, consideration will be given to the candidate’s education, experience, tenure, and internal equity.
