Adecco is hiring an Adminstrative Assistant for the Groveland ,Florida Area.
Ability to work independently, possess excellent grammatical and editing skills, be detail-oriented and take initiative when necessary. Should demonstrate resourcefulness and a desire to learn. Professional demeanor and intermediate software skills (Word, Excel) are required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering multi-line phone, preparing outgoing courier and overnight packages, coordinate mailings, maintaining files/filing, taking inventory and placing orders, preparing correspondence, and providing overall administrative support.
Warehouse Environment
AP/AR experience required
Invoicing experience required
Inventory Experience Required
Microsoft Office skills required.
