    Responsibilities for a Sr. Recruiter include but are not limited to:

     

    + Manage **high volume full life-cycle recruiting** specifically for roles within **nuclear power plants** .

    + **Source** candidates, develop **diverse candidate slates** , and evaluate candidate fit through structured **interviews** .

    + **Manage the candidate experience** from initial screening through the final offer process and pre-employment assessments.

    + Maintain accurate position vacancies and candidate activity using an **Applicant Tracking System (ATS)** , including posting and reviewing resumes.

     

    Candidates for Sr. Recruiter must meet the following requirements to be considered:

     

    + **5-7 years of experience** in **high volume full life-cycle recruiting** , preferably in a corporate environment.

    + Required experience using an **Applicant Tracking System (ATS)** ; **iCIMS** experience is strongly preferred.

    + **Bachelor's degree** or equivalent experience in a business-related or Human Resources discipline (or 9+ years of experience with a High School Diploma).

    + Demonstrated **Attention to detail** and strong organizational skills are a must. **Nuclear or power generation experience** is preferred.

    **Pay Details:** $35.00 per hour
