    Responsibilities for a Claims Representative include but are not limited to:

    + Review, research, process, and adjust claims accurately.

    + Handle claim adjustment work including Calltraks/Onbase.

    + Process dental claims using the CPS Jacada Platform.

    + Conduct data entry, issue resolution, and ensure turnaround standards are met.

    + Authorize appropriate claim payments or escalate for further investigation.

    + Analyze trends, generate reports, and communicate changes in inventory, volumes, or quality remediation.

    + Manage escalations and support multiple functions/applications daily.

    + Consistently meet productivity, quality, and schedule adherence standards.

    Candidates for a Claims Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    + 1+ years of experience in a production environment.

    + Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) and strong computer/multisystem skills.

    + Fully bilingual in English & Spanish (verbal and written).

    + Ability to work 40 hours per week during standard business hours (Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 7 PM AST), with flexibility for occasional overtime on weekends and holidays.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience in medical billing or claims.

    + Dental claims experience.

    **Pay Details:** $13.50 per hour
