Position: BIM Manager – International Projects
Our client is currently seeking an experienced **BIM Manager** to support our **International Group** on a major overseas project in **India** . This is a 24-month international assignment where the selected candidate will play a key role in managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes to support project design, planning, and execution.
Compensation & Benefits:
+ **Base Salary:** Approximately **$8,000/month** (plus or minus)
+ **Area Differential plus living allowance**
+ **Free furnished housing provided**
+ **30 days paid vacation annually** , including **a round-trip flight home** each year
+ **Full relocation support** for the duration of the 2-year assignment
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and implement project-specific BIM Execution Plans and procedures
+ Manage digital model creation, coordination, and exchange for decision-making support onsite
+ Ensure quality control of model deliverables and verify completeness, dimensions, and quantities
+ Provide support for layout, quantity takeoffs, clash detection, and sequencing (4D) and maintenance data (5D)
+ Collaborate closely with design and construction teams to align project goals and workflows
+ Lead and facilitate 3D coordination meetings and reviews with multidisciplinary teams
+ Supervise and support BIM/CAD Draftsman assigned to the project
Qualifications:
+ **U.S. Citizen**
+ Eligible to obtain and maintain a **U.S. Government Security Clearance**
+ Willing and able to **relocate to India** for a full **24-month assignment**
+ 5–7 years of experience managing BIM on large-scale projects
+ Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
+ Proficiency in BIM and design software including **Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, SketchUp, Bentley AECOSim** , and Microsoft Office Suite
Physical Requirements:
+ Ability to perform typical construction-related physical tasks including standing, lifting (up to 75 lbs), climbing, stooping, and working at heights or in confined spaces
+ Manual dexterity to use tools and operate construction equipment
+ Must be physically agile to navigate construction environments safely
Work Environment:
+ 60-hour work week (10 hours/day, 6 days/week)
+ Exposure to active construction environments including machinery, loud noise, and extreme weather conditions
+ Must be comfortable working outdoors and in variable job site conditions
**Pay Details:** $90,000.00 to $96,000.00 per year
