    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

    Job Overview:

    The Welder is responsible for TIG and MIG welding of frames, legs, and other components according to specifications. This role supports production flow, ensures product quality, and maintains a clean and safe work environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Set up and operate TIG and MIG welding machines

    + Weld aluminum and steel components accurately and safely

    + Select and use proper jigs and fixturing

    + Perform grinding and drilling as needed

    + Inspect welds and correct defects

    + Collaborate with team members on daily tasks and projects

    + Maintain work area cleanliness and organization (5S standards)

    + Follow all safety procedures and report hazards

    Job Requirements:

    Skills & Abilities:

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, BOMs, and work instructions

    + Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding equipment

    + Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

    + Ability to follow directions, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities

    + Basic computer skills for navigating production boards

    + Strong communication skills and team collaboration

    + Proven reliability and strong work ethic

    + Fluent in English (read, write, speak)

    Education & Experience:

    + High School Diploma or GED required

    + Previous welding experience preferred, but not required for fast learners

    Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

    + Standing up to 10 hours/day

    + Frequent walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs)

    + Manual dexterity and use of hand tools and equipment

    + Regular exposure to warehouse conditions (no air conditioning)

    + Required PPE: Steel-toed shoes, welding mask, gloves, arm sleeves, jackets/aprons, and safety glasses
