As an Accounting Operations Intern at Rocket, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes while supporting our financial management team. You'll develop practical skills in transaction processing, financial reporting, and system operations while working in a collaborative environment that values your contributions and supports your professional growth.

About the role

+ Assist with processing vendor invoices, payment tracking, and reconciliation

+ Support AR functions including billing, collections, and customer account updates

+ Prepare and review financial reports and journal entries

+ Help troubleshoot transaction discrepancies in financial systems

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting workflows

+ Participate in special projects and ad hoc financial analysis

+ Gain exposure to ERP systems and financial reporting tools

About you

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools

+ Excellent written and verbal communication

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
