Salary: Starting at $90,000 to Depends on Experience (DOE)

Primary Duties: The successful applicant will serve as one of three Deputy Attorneys General (DAG) assigned to represent the Idaho Department of Labor and the Idaho Human Rights Commission. This DAG will handle administrative and litigation-related legal work on behalf of the Department. The DAG will also provide legal advice on matters that arise during the day-to-day business of the Department and the IHRC, including addressing issues of statutory interpretation, advising on public records and open meeting laws, and drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents. The DAG will also perform other legal duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: Active Idaho State Bar license.
Preferred Qualifications: Two years of experience.
