    Pay:$23/hour

    Required

    + FLUENT in Spanish is required.

    + Prefer front office reception experience.

    + Customer Service experience.

    Responsibilities

    + Confirm and schedule appointments for medical clinics.

    + Maintain customer service with patients, vendors, and coworkers.

    + Confirm appointments and update patient information.

    + Handle inbound and outbound calls.

    + Perform data entry tasks.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in customer service and call center environments.

    + Proficiency in scheduling appointments and patient care.

    + Familiarity with healthcare and medical assisting.

    + Ability to work with electronic health records.

    + Bilingual in Spanish.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
