Job Title: Customer Service AnalystJob Description
Join a dynamic team providing aftermarket refurbishing and service to gearboxes. As a Customer Service Analyst, you will support the team to ensure client demands are met effectively. This role involves liaising between various departments and handling client interactions, making it essential for candidates to have a solid understanding of rotating elements.
Responsibilities
+ Work closely with the shop, operations, engineering, and sales teams.
+ Inspect gearboxes on the shop floor and determine necessary refurbishments.
+ Specify job requirements and input Bill of Materials (BOM) into the ERP system (EPICORE).
+ Create quotes and collaborate with the sales team to deliver projects to clients.
+ Answer technical questions and provide support to clients regarding rotating elements.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of experience with rotating equipment.
+ Proficiency with ERP systems, particularly EPICORE.
+ Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience.
+ Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
+ U.S. Citizenship required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 4+ years experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Experience with project engineering and management.
+ Knowledge of mechanical engineering and assembly production.
+ Understanding of shaft design and pinning gears.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of HOUSTON, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $45.00/hr.
