    Licensed Architect – Data Center Projects

    Must-Have Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture

    + Active Architectural License

    + 8+ years of professional experience

    + Proven experience with data center projects

    + Strong understanding of building systems and construction processes

    + Full project lifecycle experience: Concept through Construction Administration

    + Demonstrated leadership in team management and client engagement

    + Proficiency in Revit, Procore, and Informa

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead and manage ground-up data center projects, ranging from single-story buildings to multi-building campuses

    + Collaborate with internal teams across NYC, Atlanta, and California

    + Conduct site visits and attend client meetings as needed

    + Oversee and review architectural drawings and documentation

    + Ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations and design standards

    The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
