    Job Title: Collateral Coordinator

    Job Description

    The Collateral Coordinator role is pivotal in designing and distributing custom collateral to support communication efforts within Power Delivery. This position involves championing the customer both internally and externally, requiring excellent writing and storytelling skills to produce engaging multimedia content for diverse audiences in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and cross-functional environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Communicate with internal teams and external customers about ongoing and upcoming projects.

    + Translate technical project details into digestible, customer-friendly language.

    + Create and distribute communication materials such as postcards, talking points, and presentations.

    + Host and support community meetings to inform and engage the public.

    + Ensure messaging consistency across land agents, external affairs, and stakeholders.

    + Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including tracking timelines and updates.

    + Support capital work and transmission maintenance projects.

    + Assist with special projects, including solar farm development and generation support.

    + Collaborate with communication contributors to create high-quality content.

    + Partner with organizations to collect customer data for collateral delivery.

    + Track all collateral delivered to customers in the assigned database.

    + Monitor project milestones and coordinate distribution of communication materials.

    + Coordinate the development, printing, and delivery of custom collateral to field personnel.

    + Execute additional strategic communication collateral as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Undergraduate degree in public relations, communications, or related field.

    + Experience in the utility industry, particularly in power delivery.

    + Proficiency with Adobe creative suite and Excel.

    + 1-3 Years of experience.

    Work Environment

    The work environment is a corporate office setting with core hours of Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM. Employees work 8 hours a day with the flexibility of remote work on Fridays. The workplace is equipped with facilities such as an onsite cafeteria, library, auditorium, and hosts numerous engaging campus events. The company values work/life balance and fosters a caring community where contractors are often transitioned to permanent employees.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, Georgia.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
