Job Title: Project CoordinatorJob Description
The Project Coordinator provides foundational support to project teams and project managers. This includes assisting with scheduling, meeting coordination, budget tracking, status reporting, and maintaining project documentation. A strong understanding of engineering language and drawings is essential.
Responsibilities
+ Assist project managers with scheduling and coordinating meetings.
+ Track budgets and provide regular status reports.
+ Maintain and organize project documentation.
+ Understand and interpret engineering language and drawings.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in data entry.
+ Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
+ Experience in project coordination and management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Associate degree in mechanical engineering.
+ At least 6 months of experience or an internship in an engineering role.
+ Experience with engineering CAD drawings.
Work Environment
The team consists of three individuals and the role involves reporting to the Director of Engineering. The position requires participation in many meetings and providing support to the project manager. The work is conducted in a brand-new building.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Sussex, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
