Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects with a range of complexities and budgets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

+ Develop project proposals or plans to determine time frames, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, purchasing materials, and resource allocation.

+ Establish a work plan for each phase of the project and arrange for the recruitment or assignment of project personnel.

+ Collaborate with project staff to outline work plans and assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.

+ Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule and within prescribed budget.

+ Prepare status reports and modify schedules or plans as required.

+ Prepare project reports for management, clients, or other stakeholders.

+ Provide technical advice and resolve problems by conferring with project personnel.

+ Coordinate project activities with subcontractors.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in project management, construction management, and commercial construction.

+ Experience with estimating, scheduling, and preconstruction.

+ Bilingual in Korean is preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 5-10 years’ experience in construction, automotive, manufacturing, industrial, or commercial sectors.

+ Experience managing projects ranging from $3,000,000 to $20,000,000 in value.

+ Degree in construction or engineering-related fields.

+ Willingness to relocate to project locations, specifically Mobile, AL.

+ Skills in estimating, preconstruction, project management, scheduling, job costing, and personnel management.

Work Environment

The first project is onsite at a automotive plant in southern AL. The role requires working closely with teams in a dynamic and fast-paced construction environment, emphasizing collaboration and efficiency.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Mobile, Alabama.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
