Job Title: Clinical Research CoordinatorJob Description
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator local to the Kansas City area to join our team for an immediate start. This is a short-term project spanning 100 hours over 3 weeks, involving a one-visit study at a physician site with a medical device customer. You will have the opportunity to work with 50-100 patients across 1-2 sites.
Responsibilities
+ Perform initial outreach to candidates and schedule enrollment visits.
+ Obtain consent from patients and conduct study visits.
+ Collect retrospective data and administer patient-reported outcomes (PROs).
+ Enter data into the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system.
+ Coordinate CT scans and ensure regulatory compliance.
+ File necessary documents into the regulatory binder.
Essential Skills
+ Clinical research and clinical trial experience.
+ Proficiency in Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
+ Experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC).
+ Strong data collection and data entry skills.
+ Excellent phone communication skills for scheduling and patient interactions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to work full-time during core business hours for the duration of the study.
Work Environment
This role is based in a physician's office or site in the Kansas City area. You will gain valuable experience working with patients, engaging in site work, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a medical device-focused environment.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Overland Park, Kansas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
