Industrial Engineering Supervisor

Job Description

This role is for an Industrial Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, responsible for evaluating daily operations of a production/manufacturing facility. The focus will be on analyzing data to identify key areas of improvement, understanding how the manufacturing floor operates, and reading CAD drawings. You will own the metrics, KPIs, and reporting associated with monitoring production line health and efficiency.

Responsibilities

+ Evaluate daily operations and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

+ Understand and optimize the manufacturing floor operations.

+ Read and comprehend CAD drawings and their requirements.

+ Own metrics, KPIs, and reporting for production line health and efficiency.

+ Create recovery and development plans for supply chain and manufacturing issues.

+ Identify key indicators to optimize production and manufacturing processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing or Industrial)

+ Hands-on experience with simulations and modeling

+ Lean manufacturing experience

+ Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive or aerospace manufacturing environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $130000.00/hr.
