    Description

    Robert Half is partnering with an industry-leading financial institution serving the agriculture and equipment sector to find their next Credit Processing Specialist. This position is a great opportunity to support a respected organization while utilizing your customer service and financial processing skills.

    Details:

    Duration: Currently approved through the end of the year, possibility for extension.

     

    Hours: M-F 8:00am-4:30pm

     

    Workplace: Largely remote, availability to be onsite for meetings in Johnston.

    What You’ll Do

     

    - Enter and process credit application data

     

    - Audit lending documentation for accuracy and completeness (incentive programs, customer info, equipment info, dealer charges, payoffs, signatures, large credit contracts)

     

    - Provide customer support and account maintenance

     

    - Answer questions and handle requests from dealers, customers, and internal staff

     

    - Prepare modification documentation to notify dealers and customers of contract changes

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For

    Required:

    - Customer service or financial services experience

     

    - Strong written/verbal communication and excellent phone skills

     

    - High attention to detail and service quality

     

    - Ability to multi-task across multiple systems and processes

     

    - Independent decision-making skills with sound judgment

     

    - Team player with the ability to work independently

     

    - Adaptability in a changing environment

    Preferred:

    - Product/market specific processing experience

     

    - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
