Description We are looking for a skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team in Rogers, Arkansas. This is a Contract-to-permanent position within the manufacturing industry, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong accounting expertise. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in various accounting functions and a solid understanding of office organizational tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes efficiently and accurately.

• Perform sales order entry and ensure proper documentation for financial transactions.

• Conduct bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.

• Process payroll in a timely manner while adhering to company policies.

• Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and analyze financial reports.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow in accounting operations.

• Apply knowledge of Sage 100 Advanced software for accounting tasks, if applicable.

• Uphold office organization and ensure records are systematically stored.

• Assist in additional accounting duties as needed to support the department. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.

• Experience with Sage 100 Advanced software is highly desirable.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Familiarity with general ledger maintenance and financial reconciliation.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all accounting tasks.

• Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
