Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Chandler, Arizona. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone with a strong background in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and data entry. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely payment to vendors.

• Manage accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and tracking incoming payments.

• Perform accurate data entry of financial records and maintain organized documentation.

• Handle invoice processing with precision, verifying details and resolving discrepancies.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

• Utilize SAP software to manage and update accounting records effectively.

• Generate financial reports and summaries as needed to support business operations.

• Assist with reconciling accounts and resolving any outstanding issues.

• Provide administrative support to the accounting department, ensuring smooth operations. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Familiarity with invoice processing and financial documentation.

• Proficiency in using SAP or similar accounting software.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.

• High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.
