    Description

    We are looking for a skilled End_user Commputing Administrator to join our team in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will design and implement solutions to ensure the security and efficiency of end-user devices while maintaining high functionality standards. You will collaborate across cloud and on-premises environments to enhance user experiences and support technology initiatives globally.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and automate processes to enhance the security and performance of end-user devices.

    • Manage tools and solutions that provide flexibility while safeguarding organizational systems.

    • Create and maintain technology roadmaps, refresh plans, and standards for user devices across global operations.

    • Optimize user experience by working with both on-premises and cloud-based solutions.

    • Collaborate on project teams to identify and implement technology solutions that meet user needs.

    • Monitor and update security measures to protect devices and systems from potential threats.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to end-user computing environments.

    • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and organizational policies.

    • Utilize ServiceNow and related applications to streamline IT service management processes.

    • Provide technical expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server.

    Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems security or a related field.

     

    • Proficiency in Active Directory and Microsoft Windows Server.

    • Hands-on experience with Dell and Citrix technologies.

    • Familiarity with Intune and Windows Intune for device management.

    • Knowledge of ITIL processes and ability to apply them effectively.

    • Experience using ServiceNow for IT service management.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
