    Description

    Robert Half is currently looking for an Accounting Clerk to support a Downtown Property Management Company. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a company's financial operations in a professional and collaborative environment.     JOB DUTIES:

    -Verifying the accuracy of vendor invoices and account coding

     

    -Processing accounts payable invoices and obtaining approval signatures for timely payments

     

    -Researching and responding to accounts payable inquires

     

    -Preparing accounts payable folders and filing vouchers

     

    -Supports the property management functions with billings, receivables, and cash receipts

     

    -Provides accounting and clerical support to the department

     

    -Other duties as assigned

    Requirements

    REQUIREMENTS:

    -Associates in Accounting degree preferred

     

    -Minimum 2+ years accounts payable experience

     

    -Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel

     

    -Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment and meet deadlines

     

    -Excellent attention to detail

     

    -Strong organization skills

     

    -Self-motivated and independent

     

    -Strong communication skills, both written and oral

     

    -Ability to multi-task and support multiple priorities

     

    -Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
