    Administrative Assistant – Full-Time or Part-Time!

     

    Type: Permanent Position (Full-Time or Part-Time)

     

    This position is an hourly role, paying up to $26.00/hour depending on experience!

     

    A small, family-owned company in Southington, CT is seeking a reliable and experienced Administrative Assistant/Accounting Clerk to join our close-knit team. This is a permanent position with flexible hours — our client is open to candidates looking for either full-time or part-time employment.

    Responsibilities:

    + Answer and route incoming phone calls

    + Schedule service appointments

    + Input and code AP invoices

    + Input payroll data for under 30 employees

    + Maintain and update customer information in a CRM system

    + Provide general office support as needed — must be comfortable wearing many hats!

    Requirements:

    + 3+ years of administrative experience

    + Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

    + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

    + Comfortable working in a small office environment

    + Strong organizational and multitasking skills
