Job Title: Mattress Builder
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Mattress Builde **r** to join our manufacturing team. This role involves assembling mattresses by hand and with tools, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Warehouse Operator works within one or more areas in a continuous flow manufacturing process, executing prescribed repetitive processes to meet production and quality standards. The role includes performing routine inspections and basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
Responsibilities
+ Operate within designated process areas such as Coiling, Foam Encasement, Assembly, Gluing, Sewing, Borders, Quilting, Closing, and Packing.
+ Ensure adherence to production and quality standards.
+ Perform routine inspections and basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
Essential Skills
+ Ability to read and comprehend English.
+ Proficiency in understanding inventory tag systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in packing, general labor, packaging, and material handling.
Work Environment
Work hours are from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with some flexibility for overtime. The environment involves working in various process areas and requires adherence to safety protocols.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kapolei, Hawaii.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.02 - $20.02/hr.
