• Program Coordinator

    Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and organized Program Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of nonprofit programs and donor-related initiatives. This role involves coordinating community programs and outreach efforts, managing communication with stakeholders, and maintaining donor records using donor management software. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mission-driven, and skilled in nonprofit operations and CRM tools.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Program Coordination:

    + Assist in the development, planning, and implementation of programs that align with the organization's mission.

    + Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and community outreach activities.

    + Track program data, attendance, and impact metrics for internal reporting and grant applications.

    + Communicate with program participants, volunteers, and partner organizations to ensure smooth program delivery.

    Donor & Database Management:

    + Manage and maintain accurate donor records in donor management software (e.g., Salesforce, Bloomerang, Blackbaud Raiser's Edge, DonorPerfect, etc.).

    + Record donations, generate acknowledgment letters, and maintain giving histories.

    + Assist with donor communications, email campaigns, and fundraising reports.

    + Support the development team with donor stewardship, prospect research, and campaign tracking.

    Administrative & Reporting:

    + Prepare materials, reports, and presentations for board meetings and grant reporting.

    + Provide administrative support for cross-functional teams, including data entry, scheduling, and document management.

    Requirements

    + Experience using donor management software (e.g., Salesforce, DonorPerfect, Bloomerang, Network for Good, or similar).

    + Strong organizational and project management skills.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM/donor platforms.

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.

    + Event coordination or volunteer management experience.

    + Familiarity with grant reporting or nonprofit compliance.

    + Experience with social media or digital marketing tools.
