Position Summary

We’re seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Financial Advisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment guidance to a diverse client base. You’ll have the opportunity to build and grow your practice with full support from a collaborative, experienced team. Key Responsibilities

+ Provide strategic financial advice across investments, retirement planning, insurance, and debt management

+ Create customized financial plans aligned with each client’s unique goals

+ Monitor portfolio performance and adjust strategies as needed

+ Ensure compliance with industry regulations and firm policies

+ Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication

+ Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding and ongoing support

Requirements

Qualifications

+ CFP® designation is strongly preferred

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry

+ Demonstrated success in a client-facing advisory capacity

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, paired with excellent communication skills

+ High level of professionalism, integrity, and initiative

+ Proficient in CRM platforms and financial planning software

+ Candidates based in San Ramon or the broader East Bay region are encouraged to apply

+ Ability to bring an existing book of business is a plus, but not required
