    Description

    Robert Half has partnered with an international manufacturing company in Englewood in search of an Accounting Manager! The Accounting Manager position is offering great growth potential, a hybrid work schedule, and is paying $105,000-$135,000 + bonus!

    The Accounting Manager will be responsible for the following:

    + Manage the monthly close process for various subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

    + Streamline and oversee accounts payable processes, including travel, expense reimbursements, and 1099 filings.

    + Supervise payroll operations, including benefit deductions and compliance with state payroll tax requirements.

    + Administer and monitor the 401(k) program, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.

    + Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements to support organizational reporting standards.

    + Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations, maintaining accuracy and compliance.

    + Supervise offshore accounting staff and foster collaboration with other departments.

    + Manage the chart of accounts and ensure its alignment with organizational needs.

    + Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and other ad hoc financial reporting requirements.

    + Facilitate audits of financial statements and internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulations.

    Requirements for the Accounting Manager include:

    + CPA

    + Public accounting experience

    + 5+ years of accounting experience

    + NetSuite experience is nice to have, but not required
