Job Title: General Production Worker

**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

**Pay Range:** $24.50 – $25.00 per hour

**Overtime:** Available and encouraged

Position Overview

We are hiring General Production Workers to support operations at our precast cement facility. This is a physically active role suited for individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean and safe workspace, enjoy working with their hands, and thrive in a team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area by following scheduled cleaning routines

+ Wash and sanitize tools, pans, and equipment to meet hygiene standards

+ Sweep and remove debris to ensure a safe working environment

+ Assist with moving materials and finished products throughout the facility

+ Support production teams with basic assembly and setup tasks

+ Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear required protective equipment

Qualifications

+ Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred

+ Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

+ Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively

+ Physically capable of lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks

+ Safety-conscious with attention to detail

Work Environment

+ Industrial setting with exposure to dust, noise, and seasonal temperature changes

+ Use of heavy machinery and equipment

+ Steel-toed boots required (provided at no cost upon direct hire)

+ Fully onsite role in Colorado Springs, CO

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.50 - $25.00/hr.
